Why do I get points
Refer a friend and tell them
about FMDINING.com. You do not have to be
a registered user to refer a friend; however,
registered users get points redeemable for
gift certificates to restaurants.
You also get points when you
leave comments for restaurants. Restaurant
owners will use comments you leave to improve
their services. These comments are not available
to the public and they are annonymous.
I get an Error MessageIf you have received an error
message please be sure that you have the most
current version of Java enabled. Also please
be sure that your web browser is up to date
as well. If you continue to receive an error
message please contact us at support@fmdining.com
Where is my Confirmation Email?
After you register please click
on the link in the account activation email
that was sent during your registration. Check
your junk mail folder if the confirmation email
did not show up in your inbox. Also please make
sure that you entered in your email and other
information in correctly. If you still have
not received the confirmation email, please
contact us at support@fmdining.com
and we will help you resolve this issue.
I am having trouble logging on to the
site?
If you are unable to log into
the site please be sure that you are entering
in your email and password correctly. Also please
make sure that you have clicked on the account
activation link that you should have received
upon the completion of your registration. If
continue to have trouble logging in please contact
us at support@fmdining.com
No Menu?
If a restaurant does not have
their menu on their profile, this means that
they may not be registered with FMDINING yet.
Please encourage the restaurant that you would
like to be able to view their menu on the site.

No Coupons?
If there are no coupons for a
restaurant, they may not have registered with
FMDINING yet. Is it also possible they are not
offering coupons at this time. Please encourage
the restaurant that you would like to receive
coupons for their restaurant and find out more
information about them and their services on
FMDINING.COM
